This is our first time fundraising for a nonprofit and we are just stunned by the response that we have had. In our first 72 hours we have received numerous donations ranging from $2 to $100, and one special donation that deserves a huge Cause For Adventure thank you is the $1,000 worth of gardening supplies donated by Eric and Michelle Shedlarski of Gardening Unlimited!
Total fundraising has been $1,245 so far and is growing fast! We are already 28% of the way to our goal!
We have numerous fundraising events fast approaching so please come support us!
- Tuesday March 1st we will be hosting a dinner and raffle @ Bradys’s Yacht Club. Show up at 5pm and a $5 donation gets you some chow. Raffle prizes TBA. Brady’s: 413 Seabright Ave, Santa Cruz
- Friday, March 4th, we will be tabling at First Friday at Homeless Garden Project’s downtown Santa Cruz store: 110 Cooper Street
